Having Hot water is a big deal. This was very disappointing
The location is convenient and clean
There is NO hot water in the morning and for most of the day. Even after 1pm there was still no hot water. We were informed that the Hot water boiler is switched off in the mornings

Not a 4 star hotel: no English-speaking staff, charge extra for prepaid breakfast, odour in bathroom
Clean and modern beds, decent facilities.
The breakfast included into the price was a joke. The staff (only speaking Spanish) was trying to charge us extra for breakfast, claiming that the included amount is just coffee and toasts. Nothing was mentioned about this neither during booking, nor at the checkin. At the breakfast hall all food is placed together, so you can't understand which you have paid for and which you have not. The staff was not trained properly, were making rounds our table trying to force usto pay while we were eating. I had to escalate the case to the hotel manager to settle the issue. Finally he/she said we don't need to pay anything extra. While the bathroom was rather clean, there was a terrible odour. This no way meets any 4 star level hotel. I think Best Western franshise must be reconsidered here.
